In some countries like India, yes. In other countries, they still require you to carry a passport photo with a white background. This happens in Nepal and probably other countries that even I am unaware of.

First ask yourself why you want to do dual Master's and why you think that dual Master's will be great for you. If you're able to answer these questions then you will be able to convince the visa interviewer

However at the end of the interview I was told everything looks good, then handed a questionnaire about travel, work, living history and told to submit answers via email.
