Sir, over here in JNU, 7 deprivation points which is mentioned for female students , for general category it’s givenQ1/Q2 . So does that mean that the candidate has to be a resident of that district; or domicile of that quartile district? If a general student (female) is not a resident of a quartile district but has completed her 10th , 12th from that quartile district itself, then she will be getting 5 or 7 deprivation points?

No dear, deprivation point is not based on religion, but if you are from quartile one or two you will get the points.
