Nagaland specially Dimapur needs more police personnels... Atleast 10000 new police personnels should be recruited and distrubuted all over Nagaland focusing mainly in Dimapur since it's becoming the hub of all anti social elements... This way not only will it provide jobs to the youths of Nagaland but also boost the law and order situation in Dimapur and Nagaland as a whole....
Anti social elements are mostly present in dimapur and kohima.They know that they can earn enough in hugely populated cities where they can camouflage in public that is the reason why gundas, thieves and extortionist are operational in this two cities.
