I believe all children have talents and gifts and just need the resources to perfect their crafts. There’s taxes on every damn thing in the Hampton Roads area of Va and they high af yet this area lack those types of things for them. I wish I had the ability to open up a performing arts school or something along those lines that would interest the kids in my area and turn their attention from the streets to focusing on the talents that they have in them.
