Need a better audio visual recording set up next time, show the projector screen, and have a lapel microphone recorder.

I recommend you watch the updated videos from 2020 (which have all of those things) rather than watch the old 2019 videos :)

@@MissingSemester Thanks, I watched the other lectures in your series, but doesn't seem to cover some of these topics such as containers etc.

Great Video! Thanks for posting! Quick Question - Since modern day Windows machines can natively run Linux can you install Linux containers on Windows?

Yes, but it's not the same way as running them on Linux.

Yes you can! Docker Desktop for Windows used Hyper-V in the past (so you needed Windows 10 Pro), but recently, they updated to use WSL2 directly, so it runs on Windows 10 Home too. You can run any Linux container seamlessly on Windows. It works surprisingly well, IMHO.

An easy way to set up VMs is HashiCorp's Vagrant: www.vagrantup.com/ It is free and open source software, used by many, MANY developers. It is briefly mentioned in the 2020 class of Missing Semester, but adding this comment here just in case you missed it.
