    5 star hotels, 4 rosette to meeting the big names in the game..

    The chaos, the love, the hate.
    Rock and roll lifestyle.
    Nothing else like it..
    Chefs are a different breed of humans 💪.
    40 hours a week is part time.
    If you love this content Anthony bourdains kitchen confidential is the reason I started cooking..
    Good podcast.. need some more nitty gritty on the industry on UA-cam instead of all the glitz and the glam..
    No other industry puts in the same level of work, passion and dedication as a chef.
    Social life is for pussys.

    Ssssss! That breathing in heavy like that is from so much caffeine or other uppers. I know this from experience it’s become a dialect and vernacular at this point. Tough man this is, RESPECT.
