I think Cruz's tour was my favorite. Walking out of the corn and eating the cucumbers were the great! Garden looks awesome and like a lot of work and work to come!
I knew I was going to like Cruz's style when he had named his sunflower. He has a very natural sense of humor and I love it!! Had to smile when he took a huge bite out of his very own cucumber!!!
The one who ended the video by munching on that Cucumber- hilarious! And the little one struggling with the watermelon - I loved that! Such funny, genuine kids!
This is what every family should be doing with their children, teaches patience, work ethics, and responsibility! When I was 9 yrs old my grandparents raised me and never remembered having such big issues with bugs or animals but it was a lot of work and shelling, etc. Then canning. We didn't use animals for food, thank god, but we had every veggie and fruit we needed. Im 45 now and wish I could relive those times. As a kid I never felt like I was missing out on anything because to do the work and the satisfaction of what it brought us was enough.
Oh I just loved the kid's part I am rolling off my chair. I don't need anxiety med's when I watch your videos. Dax's matter of fact so just deal with it, Noell is a hoot no nonsense and to the point, Kiane is a professional with a comic in the making. Cruze cracks me up so laid back and cool. I want to live near you. I am 70 years old and I get such joy from watching your videos😊
How is it even statistically possible that all of your kids are so good on camera, it kind of blows my mind, haha. That cucumber bite was a nice cliffhanger :D
I feel so happy each time you post a new video. Loved seeing your wonderful family garden as well as the kids’ gardens. Becky, your humor makes me laugh out loud. It’s so interesting to see how each of your children favor you or Cam in both their looks and personalities. Congratulations!
Thanks Becky, we’ve missed you! I’m in Australia and coming out of winter soon, hearing of your warm weather is so enticing. Sending you my love and strength for your mental health issues. I love your work!
i’m new to your channel, and i absolutely love it. my husband and i have been binge watching…ha! i do have to break to work in my own garden. :) i haven’t made my way through all of the videos yet, but i love all of the content and hope to see more of your recipes! i picked up a few of the books you recommended on canning & naturally sweetened foods. thank you for the time you & your family invests in sharing all of this with us. 🤍
Boy does this bring back memories when my parents allowed us to have our own growing space. Allowed us kids to choose what we wanted to grow and we took care of them ourselves. Such beautiful memories your children will cherish.
you are one of my favorite you-tubers. when i found you i binged watched all of your videos. love learning from you and your family. beautiful family, can’t wait for next video 🤗christy from va
Becky, your garden is beautiful, but I LOVED the kids' garden tour. It was just so cute to see their plants and the different things they each chose to plant.
Nice video, (stay out of the Basil). When my garden gets mature enough, I let my chickens and ducks in, GREAT BUG CATCHER'S. And it keeps them happy, (seems to). Be happy 👍
"This is my cucumber..and I'm going to eat it...cause I like cucumbers"... Oh my goodness! This gave me a good laugh! What precious children. God bless you all.🙏💜
I love that the kids have their own garden .. it’s was very cute to see their updates .. my grandkids would love their own spot in my garden .. so important to have those skills .. thanks for inspiring me to make sure this happens next they visit 😁😁 love your channel have been binge watching even though I am basically On the other side of the planet 🌎
I always wish your videos were longer! I love seeing your garden and family. It gives me ideas for my 3000 Sq ft garden. In also trying to grow most of our vegetables in there (fruit is elsewhere) but this is my first summer so I love learning from you.
Thanks for your videos. I live in Belarus and we grow a smaller garden with my mother. You are such a hard working lady. Very interesting to watch how you cook and live.
Beautiful garden!! A fantastic option for plants like brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli is a fine netting you would lay over top of the young plant, there are many options to hold the netting off the plant It keeps the bugs off of the plants while allowing them to grow well. No sprays which is wonderful
Nice to see the peanuts doing good! I miss boiled peanuts! Not sure if you've had any but if you haven't, you should try some. It's as simple as pulling them out of the ground once they are ready, wash them, put them in a big pot with salt and water and boil them just like corn. Maybe boil for 20- 30 minutes then drain and enjoy! Take one peanut, pop it open and toss in your mouth. Oh wat fun!
Awesome tour, thank you! Thank you too for not having music, as a hearing impaired grandma it exhausting to try picking out words among music. So thank you.
crazy, in Michigan its cold and dry. Usually we're in mid 90's all summer. (Zone 6a) Just started raining again and now in low 70's in Mid August, Interesting in Arkansas you can plant a carrot crop in August and still get a yield.
Very happy to hear from you all. All in all I think your garden looks fantastic considering the horrible drought you had been having. I miss the way you did so many tours last year compared to this. Oh, well...I guess you just spoiled us ❤️ Hopefully, once the season dies down a little we can hear from you more. You are well loved 🤗
Such an inspirational garde. Thank you for sharing it and your gardening knowledge. Am watching it from Christchurch, New Zealand where we've woken to - 4c!!! So looking forward to spring and being able to grow lots outside again 😊
I would love to make a specific request. You are my most trusted UA-camr and have inspired me to feed my family with my food and preserve. Also, the health benefits. Would you consider doing a segment on peppers? Which kinds you grow and why and how you use them in recipes and preserve them? I love the Cajun cowpea soup one. It was so inspiring for my garden.
you can put young loofas in the soup or you stir fry them its really good. very popular in Asia. you can search also in youtube on how you cook loofas.
Loved the garden tours! Especially the kids gardens. Man, they are so hard working and amazing to be out there along side each other with their own gardens!! I’m so impressed!
I'd take 90-100 degrees! Frying over here in Texas 104-107 ecery day qith no rain. The only garden survivors are jalapeños too spicy to eat, but pickled can make them tolerable in salsa. Love watching your videos and the kid's gardens.
I'm growing emerald giant peppers for the first time this year. Growing tango celery also. Because you said you liked it. I have 20 plants growing. I'm super happy with it so far. Growing corn for the first time. It's peaches and cream. If it does good I'll try again next year with an heirloom.
That trick to use duct tape for the bugs on your Brussels sprouts is genius. I had such trouble controlling pests on my broccoli this year and this would have saved me so much time!
Beans like at 9:20 get indeed hook defects and squirrelly shapes from drought and heatstress. It is mostly lack of water. My uncle grows these in greenhouses in the Netherlands which allows for a lot more climate and water control, but with high temps and missing a raining window we see these defects often. You also lose a lot of flowers (and thus beans) with heat and drought.
I found out really early in my garden that if I didn't put up insect netting over my brassicas I would either lose them or spend way too much time keeping the bugs and worms off. I net them as soon as I put them in the garden. Good looking garden you have this year!
So beautiful garden, a lot off work. For the corn you have so dense ,you should pull some when was younger, and the beans yeah because is a dry year ,I had the same problem in the past.God bless you guys, your kids garden look good.
Hello new friend here! Thank you for sharing your garden with me. I just love how it’s all coming 🫑🍅🪴👍together and growing so nicely! I love to garden and I also make garden videos. I wrapping up my 3rd year gardening. I’m sad it’s coming to an end. I have so much to still learn. My plans for my off season is to learn as much as I can about gardening and making videos. I’d love it if we could learn more from each other!
I love the kids tours! So sorry for the watermelon and corn, aten by the raccoon 🙁. Hope his brother gave him something of the 30,8 watermelon. It looks amazing!!
the kids garden tour was unbelievably wholesome. made my day.
same! great kids 🤩

That cucumber bite was a nice cliffhanger :D
Love the garden tours. Letting the kids have their own garden is a smart move ~
One of the best things we did for them this year!!
I absolutely love that your kids have their own garden!
Cow peas is one of our staples in Africa, I love them. Very low maintenance, success is almost guaranteed everytime!
The ending was so dry (and crunchy). Loved it.
I feel so happy each time you post a new video. Loved seeing your wonderful family garden as well as the kids’ gardens. Becky, your humor makes me laugh out loud. It’s so interesting to see how each of your children favor you or Cam in both their looks and personalities. Congratulations!
What a wonderful garden tour. The kids stole the show. :)
The kids tour was awesome, the crunch of the cucumber at the end was a great way to wrap up!
Wowzer!!! That is a beautiful garden=so much work! Well done family! Noelle’s love for flowers is my favorite 🌸🌸

I loved seeing everything in the garden! I can’t wait to see you preserving everything!
The kids gardens were awesome and hilarious!
That’s what my green beans look like too (in Kansas). They’re usually so prolific! I was so surprised. Must be the heat this year like you said.
Such an inspirational garde. Thank you for sharing it and your gardening knowledge. Am watching it from Christchurch, New Zealand where we've woken to - 4c!!! So looking forward to spring and being able to grow lots outside again 😊
Your gardens look fabulous 🥰🤩💜🖤❤️
Nice tour!! Loving the kid's tours, too. Good job on the watermelon! I would've liked to see the loofa better.

lovely garden! very glad the tomatoes came through after your video earlier this year! we are growing and preserving like crazy too!
I would love to see a video on compost and fertalizer!
That trick to use duct tape for the bugs on your Brussels sprouts is genius. I had such trouble controlling pests on my broccoli this year and this would have saved me so much time!
I would LOVE, love to just watch an hour.of gardening "b roll" of your garden hahahha... seriously!!
That is a lot of watermelon! Way to go!
Love the tour and the kids' gardens! Good for them!
We have had no rain and lots of heat and my beans are also much less productive. And curly, just like yours!
😂 I loved the Kids tour, made me laugh. thanks for sharing.
I love the kids gardens! 😍 😆
Yours is beautiful and has been loved well. So much work for such a great harvest well worth it.
Using the duct tape to get the eggs off of the leaves is such a good tip. Thanks!

Precious beyond precious. The way things out to be instead of the sick modern life that prevails these days.
Perfect ending.
Just started the video and I’ve been checking back for a video for awhile!!! So happy! I know you are very busy doing all the stuff!!!!

Great garden tour 👍🏻 I’m gardening in southern WI zone 5B. I like the duct tape idea for squash bug eggs!
Your garden is so beautiful!
Beautiful garden! We tent netting over our Brussel sprouts broccoli and kale and it really helps with the bugs. Has made such a difference for us.
Thank you for sharing. Very enjoyable to watch. Lovely garden
Thank you for this video! 😀🌹
😍😍 uno spettacolo, anche il giardino dei ragazzi… quest’anno il caldo ha distrutto tutto il mio orto in vaso 🥲, ha fatto troppo troppo caldo 🥵
That was so cute watching the kids! Amazing gardens you all have!
WOULD YOU EVER SHARE THE HOUSE PLANS you used for your home- love LOVE love your kitchen especially 💝
You have a super cool channel showing the super cool things you all are doing.
Thank you very much!
“I’m just gonna eat it. Cause I like cucumbers” *CRUNCH*
I’m dead 😂😂🤣🤣💀
That was the crunchiest cucumber I’ve ever heard!
