W210 is actually one of the most exciting cars of the whole list, bc how rare it is in games nowadays. Esp a base model

Cri had better be looking at this in the background whilst they're still busy with other projects. Either has to be like Rivals on the next game if we have dynamic weather, or something like this or FH5 (when they bother at least). Animations nonetheless for those cars with automated systems.
Funny thing is the C8 Vette, in Unbound, has convertible roof animations. There's a mod to use the animation but it should be a standard for ALL convertibles.

They probably didn't enable it since it would've been the only car with an animation? But yeah, absolutely. We need that on ALL of them....fingers crossed.
It's actually pretty funny how FH5 which made a big deal out of the animated roofs, only has 4 convertibles with roof animations till date 😂 (with all soft tops being a fade to black). Compared to Rivals which had 2 and left them as a surprise.
@@Darknova591 They pulled it off using an older version of FB in Rivals, and Unbound has a disabled one with C8 Convertible...so clearly not.
What would take the most man power evidently, seems to be getting all the necessary cars and getting a whole new scan or just creating all the animations from scratch in the first place. Hopefully EA actually gives them the necessary manpower and budget needed at some point. They already have one car sorted for their database, so that's a start.

Doesn't ALWAYS have to be the E63 or E55 AMG, stop with this base model hate. I'm sure E320 can still compete with just a 3.2 engine.

Fh5 does even have a convertible animation for the z4 and this game has it, that's cool.

Because they can make a lot more money from mobile players. Look at Real Racing 3. That game has a better car selection than most console and PC racing games, yet it's a mobile only cash grab. While with EAs console and PC games, they pretend like they can't afford a licence for a Toyota Supra.

Happy it is there anyways. Modern racing games are just filled with boring overrated sports car that every game had, it'll be more fun if they added more unique traffic cars for fun like this.

Why not? I loved Forza and Grand Turismo franchise because they had bunch of these non-sport car to trash around.

porsche 918 sounds like it has a crossplane v8 when it has a flatplane v8
mc20 sounds like it has a v8 when it is a v6
3.0 csl sounds like a i4 not a i6
boxster gts has a flat 6 not flat 4
elise has a i4 not v6
