In the comics, Hank Pym is literally one of the ten smartest people on Earth. He once outsmarted Reed Richards by figuring out that, in a room where Reed had modified the laws of physics so that you could never reach something you started moving towards (making Zeno's Paradox work in real life), Reed made an exception for sound waves *just so he could explain the science to Hank* and talk down to him.
He may be the only being who's ever out-scienced Reed Richards.
Imagine being that smart, and having to listen to some of the stuff that comes out of Scott's mouth. 😀

if you rewatch the scene where hank refuses to let hope wear the suit, it goes deeper than that. ofc he didnt want his daughter to have the same fate as her mom but that also means he basically used scott as a "lab rat"
And Scott knew. That's why he said he was expendable. Hank knew Scott has a daughter and yet, he is willing to sacrifice Scott. Agreeing to be the "guinea pig" of Hank was Scott's way of letting Cassie see that he is not what the adults tell her, that he is a good man. In a way, there was quite a dark background in that "deal" had it failed.

My favorite moment in the entire second movie is the conversation about the old suit. Everything from Hank losing his mind to Scott throwing Hank’s own words back at him to Hope silently laughing her head off

Hate the trend of putting very fast text coments on the screen. Nope. I refuse to watch and have to back track again and again to read it. Oh, blocking your channel too.
I didn't know this was a trend, I've been doing this for years and I'm sorry that it is not convenient for you. I always leave the text on as long as possible, but once the scene gets cut or the camera perspective changes, I have to remove the text. I'm also sorry to hear that you're blocking my channel but either way I'm grateful for the feedback and respect it.
