More than the film making, Tarantino takes the storyline very seriously. Never makes a movie with a shallow story line. Vanga takes shock values seriously, he focuses on surprising the audience. One got to admit that Vangas storylines are thin. And btw Isn't it too early to be comparing with Tarantino.

Vanga obviously has conviction and knowledge,he had been long in the industry,he had to make a film that can make money which he did back to back,with both of his films.But the art is being sacrifised with both of them specially Animal,that plot is a wasted potential. It is commercialization that killed the plot. A film perfect for the hyper sensationalized and 'content' loving population/generation with dead minds and zero critical thinking and knowlege about cinema,they think they know why it is such a great film,because it has such bold scenes,that sigma shit,the director is unapologetic/bold/fearless to show whatever he wants without caring about the repercussions,blah blah blah. They don't even realize that what good it has is great editing and music with points of screenplay to help develop the atmosphere. Its like the early youtube and internet boom in India where giving a gali in a youtube video seems like that you have broken the shackles of the Indian society. Animal is a 'commercial' mass action film,riding on the current trend with many of the plot points acting as shock value,he had in mind what to create and achieved that,objectively and technically he has done his job pretty well. Not to forget the lazy writing,the sub plots. The director should not be critcised due to the contents of the film but instead the audience that made such a film so successful.

I didn't rob him of his achievements,I realise how freaking difficult it is to make a full length feature film in such an industry ,let alone a good one,but the audience that made it such a big hit didn't even realise what are the positives of the films(technically )rather they are there for the sensation. I have Doubt on Prabhas whether he can handle drama and writing of vanga...like Vijay, Shahid and RK did. I don't think prabhas is that much actor. Vicky kaushal will be perfect choice
