(Instant Aam Panna)
~Serves 4~
Ingredients:
Raw Mango Chopped - ½ cup
Mango Ripe (chopped) - 1cup
Sugar - 2½ tbsp
Roasted Cumin - 2tsp
Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Black Salt - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Mint leaves - a handful
Ice cubes - few
Water - 1cup

I tried this recepie...I was not having fresh mint so I added dried mint leaves...but still it turned out amazing... everyone in my family loved it..

I used to make it with kachcha Aam only. Idea of putting paka hua aam along with kachcha aam never came to my mind. Will definitely try it once I get mangoes. :)
