Something i've been thinking about, if fir'aun does not believe what Musā عليه السّلام says and calls him a lying magician, isnt he indirectly implying that he knows these magicians are just frauds?

Well, in both 20:71 and 26:49 Fir'awn claims that Musa ﷺ was their teacher, so yeah, I guess you're right. And Allah ﷻ knows best.
In response to ALLAH, the so called Muslims can say: We believe in al-Bukhari, al-Kafi, etc.
