Hi Dr S, Please is it correct to suggest that if mRNA was made in lab, then it's reagents will be foreign to the muscle cell?
Is it safe to assume that if no signal was given to the DNA to produce a protein (antigen) but an announced mRNA is now present, DNA will consider this a foreign matter so make mRNA to degrade it?
What happens during degradation of artificial mRNA? What does tRNA do with an artificial mRNA?

Milko Ansah-Johnson you are thinking exactly the way the scientist who do this work are. Any time you create something synthetic, there is always a chance the body may reject it, or the reagents/carriers you have used to bring it in. So, this is why it takes so much time and testing to see what will happen. In general, mRNA itself will not be expected to be recognized as "foreign". Double stranded mRNA is a flag for a virus, and small RNA's to mRNA that is already present can block mRNA translation. But, a single stranded mRNA that has no complement in the cell will likely evade the system. Of course, that's the hypothesis, then the years of testing follows. This is a nice review article on mRNA vaccines if you'd like to read it:
www.nature.com/articles/nrd.2017.243.pdf?origin=ppub ... in it they talk about this exact issue: "mRNA is the minimal genetic vector; therefore, anti-vector immunity is avoided, and mRNA vaccines can be administered repeatedly"

Hi. This video is so so smart! I've been trying to research for a knowledgable video like yours that explains the ideas in this UA-cam vid. 👩‍⚕️Your lesson actually is like the content of Dr Ethan. His demonstrations are for sure insightful and I really learned a lot for diet. He is a respected medical student.
I recommend you watch his YT out and give the health enthusiast a like! 👉 #FutureDoctorEthan

We don't know whether the spike protein is toxic or not. This was never ascertained before mandating it. Very huberous assumption

@dubcheckum, this conversation and dialogue helps all of us work through the challenges of such difficult topics. It is true that long term effects are not well studied. However, from what I can see from the available studies, the scientists did follow the appropriate steps to test safety prior to use. They are also continuing to monitor safety as it is in use. It is most important to read the original articles rather then news media interpretations so that you may appraise the evidence on your own. A helpful study to view might be the most recent studies of ongoing vaccination safety such as this one: www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.07.28.21261159v1 and this one link.springer.com/article/10.1186/s12916-021-02059-5
