- merry christmas to everybody! very happy with what i've accomplished this year regarding my guitar progression and hopefully i'll take things to the next step next year. this is my favorite song off selfish machines and i was so glad to hear them play it live in fresno. more non-ptv covers coming soon (at least 2 before the year ends). nearly done with the instrumentals on my upcoming EP so all i'll need is vocals and better mixing for the album to be complete soon!
things to note:
- I used an AI stem separation software (Moises) to isolate all the other tracks so you can hear my guitar tracks instead of the original slightly overlapping
- I learned the song mostly by ear since the tabs were mostly wrong...
- The video and audio are separate recordings so some parts don't match well but oh well
also a big shoutout to @ethanguitarcovers for the celestion IR cabinet which i used to create this tone on my axe fx :D !! go check out his channel for some killer ptv guitar covers!
