I differentiate them by their eyes. Keira has slightly bigger eyes (you see less of her double eyelids)!
miya has a chubbier face and keira is the opposite of that
thats how I can recognize them but sometimes I mix them up 😂
Miya has a Square head frame, while Keira has an Oval one and a "baby face"
