He needs to clean up the discipline as well though. Last season 30+ games he had 15 yellow cards accmulated and already this season in 2 starts he has 2 yellow. He is getting cards almost every game. I think he was the bettr buy then Auoar because he allows everyone else to play more creative. I don't think he was their first option, they prefer Auoar and once Auoar rejected the move they went all in on him as plan B before deadline.
Javier Landaverde Aouar didn’t reject the move mate, the price, fee and medical were all a formality. Arsenal pulled the plug on the deal because his agent who is also his brother asked for a astronomical agent fee. I’m hearing it was about £15 mil.

So annoyed that He can’t stay fit as much, he hasn’t adapted to the Premier league physically but he is getting better. I really hope he always stays fit (which he currently isn’t) because he’s such an important player to us. The whole system doesn’t work without him.

Torreira in his first season played really well in a very poor defensive Arsenal in his first year from a defensive team and he is 5'5, Thomas is 6'1 and very fast so I doubt he will look any different to what we see in this video. Gonna be a nightmare for other teams to play through the center.
