Perfect music for the world inside my head
My grandfather passed away last year. I remember that day was also a gloomy rainy day. Grandma saw me and whispered, "Grandpa is gone." I had guessed everything, but there was only surprise and confusion. I stood alone in the rain, and the bustling walkers passed by me with umbrellas. At that moment, I realised that countless lives passed away like those raindrops, and what a trivial tragedy Grandpa's death was. But his life and his love for me are as precious as gold in my heart. In the past, when I had a family gathering, other relatives would only say polite words to praise my piano skills. Only Grandpa would sit quietly on the sofa and enjoy my complete song. The golden light of the afternoon sprinkled on his kind face, covering the distant memory with a thick veil. But now, the sound of the piano, grandpa, is not here anymore. It's just that every time I see the dusty piano, I can see Grandpa sitting on the sofa.

That's such a sad thing to read. Most of all I'd want to tell you not to give up, but I know you might scoff and disregard it anyway. Five years ago I wanted to jump off of the bridge behind our house, be eated by the ground, disappear into nothing. I got so scared by my own thoughts in the end. Then I learned not to treat the depression, but treat myself instead. What did I need? How could I nourish my body, my mind and my soul? It started very shallow, but that's all I could handle... I took care of my hair haha. But whatever, start somewhere, right? I did all the things that may seem silly, but in the end I made my goal to be my own parent (the person who loves and supports me unconditionally). I made it my goal to be there for myself with whatever I'm going through. So I guess I'm not going to tell you not to give up, instead, kind soul, be your own loving, doting, smiling parent.

Ok, I have to tell you that this is absolutely wonderful relaxation video. I have periods of sensory overstimulation and everything just hurts my ears, I have a headache, racing thoughts ect. Your videos helps me every time. It's just perfect. Not too slow,not too fast, nature sounds, my favourite musical instrument in the background. It calms me and relieves pain. Thank you so much for creating it, please promise to never delete it!

I find the music to be relaxing - This music is amazing to listen to while reading a book at night. Even my fur baby cat ( Annabelle ) listens to it with me.
