I use to handle liability claims. In cases like this where a shooting occurs in the parking lot, the person will sue any parties involved even if they weren’t technically involved. This location is located inside of a shopping center. The shooting was not at the restaurant. There were people in the parking lot shooting. The person sued the owner of the parking lot and the restaurant they were at (OLG) to get anyone they can to bear some liability. Again this did not happen at OLG. OLG doesn’t pose the risk of anyone having to worry about getting shot bc it didn’t happen there, they owe no liability on the matter and that’s why the case was dismissed. The case where Melvin got shot is different bc that was actually at Blaze and between coworkers.

The only reason Phaedra did not fit into the MTM group is because she’s not a doctor, married to a doctor, or even married. She doesn’t have a storyline that fits, so there is nothing to work with. Kenya couldn’t have even come on there and been a fit. Phaedra did exceptionally well on Traitors, winning a People’s Choice award and the show being nominated for an Emmy, Ultimate Girls Trip, and a few tv appearances. Since there was no news of the second, I’d assume there was a confidential settlement resulting in a VD w/ Prejudice.
