Hey ya'll we don't have any specific products that we recommend. There's tons of companies making similar products. Here our the search terms to use on amazon or google (in order of mentioned in video)...
"loop bands" or "pullup bands" (buy the lightest version)
    "balance pad"
    "hip bands"
Find something that seems like it fits your needs best!

my loop bands said to not stretch them for more than 2x their length. i feel there is no way im gonna tie mine into such Y like you show here.

      Thank you!
You nailed it though by mentioning tight work clothes.
I have to wear a full suit to work from the office.
I'll try to see if I can find anything stretchy - that would be a game changer!

looks like he uses two loop bands for the Y shape, one coming from the anchor, and one running through it for the V shape, I used one for the V shape and some rope i had for the anchor extension

The best piece of equipment you’re missing from that laptop setup is a laptop riser. Brings your screen up to a proper height and will help that neck and shoulder pain you mention :)

Since discovering strength side only a few short weeks ago I notice I've become reluctant to sit or stand without movement. Even stood at a window staring out into the distance I find myself stood with feet about a foot apart and swiveling my hips from side to side. It may not always be doing much, but movement feels good!

To break up the workday i spend hunched in front of my monitors, i either do a few stretch/strength exercises with a simple open end resistance band i keep on my desk, or climb the stairs of the 25-floor office building from the bottom to the top (it takes a total of ten minutes to climb up and take the lift down, not more than a typical coffee/smoking break). Leaves me feeling SO MUCH BETTER for freakin HOURS.

Not a desk worker, but still implement some of these ideas when I'm home and end up sitting a lot on those days. Anything that allows you to sit on the floor in different positions is great for me.
