Too many tubers are too young to remember their subject matter and show the wrong photos , not in this video though, but some get the facts mistaken.
You forgot Cindy Crawford, but yeah, gotta say, part 2 listed the best 2 among all the supermodels. Linda and Tatjana weren't the best in runway (though Linda was decent), but their print work was second to none. They created such iconic images that felt more like art than commercial advertisement. Kate Moss, Kristen McMenamy, and Nadja Auermann were also some of the best at this.
Cindy, Claudia, Yasmeen, Helena, and Karen was not mentioned but shown.
It was "get out of bed" not wake up.

Mid 80s to early 90s although Elle did do some catwalks during the 90s.

Germany had the 3 famous supermodels. Claudia Schiffer, Nadja Auermann and Tatjana Patitz. All were active in the 90’s. There was no other country with 3 supermodels at the same time. Also Yasmeen Ghauri was one of the most beautiful supermodels in the 90’s who is also half German. 🇩🇪✊🏻

Both Shalom and Kate were actually considered anti-supermodels because their career took off around the start of the heroin chic movement. They were not the Amazonian goddesses of the late 80s and 90s who portrayed a more athletic and meaty body. Shalom was definitely not waif, as she was very statuesque, she was not built like a bombshell like Naomi, Cindy, Claudia, Yasmeen, Karen, Stephanie, Helena, etc.

The actual quote is "I don't get out of bed for less than 10 thousand dollars." Linda has said many times she regrets saying that in an interview, but I love that quote n think it just adds to her persona as the model of the 90s
She regretted saying that because it basically killed off the supermodels. There were a lot of economic recession‘s during the 90s and when she said that the average person was so pissed off and there was so much backlash that her public affairs people couldn’t fight it. The designers, however, enjoyed it because by this time they were very tired of overpaying the supermodels and tired of people coming to their shows just to see the models instead of the clothes.
