The Game is the only xigga that been on some shit-startin' Saggitarius shit down through his career and still to this day has several friends both in low and high places--xigga got love everywhere, and he's a better father than Dre, 50, and Em (the REAL Gangsta shit).
Before Game, I never seen a dude have a Brand based upon beef SURVIVAL (which if you look at the receipts and think about how strategically it would not have been in his best interest to Bring the beef TO 50 & 'nem--they forced his hand). Game doesn't get enough credit for beefing BACK at 50 &'nem, betting on himself so early in his career against such heavyweights, and proving he can stand on his own! The broad consensus is that his best albums are the ones that were NOT Dre joints. They often traded spots when we looked at the lists, but ultimately "Doctor's Advocate" came out above "The Documentary" for most people.
People make too much out of his old beefs, most of which had a legitimate reason or were him just playin' around and shit, 50's antics and beefs had him filing Bankruptcy and catching a pervert's revenge porn case. I bet Jay would hop on a record with Game before he would with 50, he respects him as a lyricist. Jay wouldn't clear samples for Game if it was as bad as all that, what people try to spin it into.

To be honest, when he was released from gunit, he went on a years worth of recording diss song after diss song towards anyone, especially gunit and 50ty. 300 bars and runin’ targeted a lot of people and could’ve been simply overlooked, idk. Games one of the more consistent artists one of my faves he doesnt have one bad album. As a MC hes solid but I wouldnt consider him in the tops.
