a 59 chevy doesn't have the cross member to bolt the other bracket to I will have to make a mount to bolt the other bracket to or find a doner from a later car for the cross member

I also just added a 9"inch Ford rear end .
Also shortened to clear my 13x7's with skirts ...
It has shifted to the passenger side , Will the y bone fix the problem ?
