I'm not religious (More specifically i am an agnostic who practices some beliefs which are Buddhist in origin) but i think some of my favorite poetry comes from Sufi tradition. Conference of the birds is beautifully written.
You need not be "agnostic"...imagine what they call "God" as Universal Energetic Intelligence; what is called "religion" as morality or ethical practice. Translate "God consciousness" to "expanded consciousness/awareness". There is no separation between what is "holy" and what is "mundane", what is visible and what is invisible.

I really mix it up...between Sufi, Hindi, Buddhist and Taoist...and a little bit of our Father thrown in for good measure 😊. Namaste. The divine light in me honours the divine light in you 🕉

Since my childhood, the sound of the doudouk carries me to another place, another time. My Armenian home was almost always filled with this mystical sound of this instrument made from the apricot tree in my ancient ancestral lands ... somewhat nostalgic, filled with sorrow and pain. But this track is more healing somehow. Thank you

magnifique voyage intérieur à travers ces sons, mélodie... indescriptible mais on sent que tout se passe au niveau du coeur, je susi transportée, dans un espace géant et en même temps cocoon, apaisant, aimant, doux... voilà je crois ce qu'il ressort le plus de ces sons, la douceur, l'amour...l espace. Grand merci. je viens de participer à un atelier Derviche tourneur cet apres midi, et en rentrant , je sentais le besoin d eme poser, et susi tombée sur cette musqiue... tellement méditative, qui m'a permis de lâcher.... ce jour de pleine lune , c est parfait ce que je ressens en moi... merci pour ce soleil intérieur et cette douceur🙏💞

It is duduk,Armenian instrument and quite few of traditional Armenian songs performed in the video by that instrument
