@@Mr_Robot0101 I’d rather have access to all of my ED, in case certain lines come up. It depends on the lines I’d have available but pot wouldn’t hurt at all ! LOL
Interesting, idk if running both the lancea package and big fish is the move here, kind of just adding more bricks since both are achieved through the same line and are your win condition, and with both at 1(big fish and icejade) it's not like it's an extra engine you can turn to should you get hand-trapped somewhere, but both just engine pieces that each time you have to decide which one you want to do. The only. It probably feels strong but those additional spots would probably be more optimal to be used for non engine or cut completely. I'm personally currently going the lancea control route with no big fish, to make it feel more consistent, but big fish is becoming more and more tempting.
@@BryanCastellanos-r7v big fish into Toad + Neptabyss/Toad plays through droll pretty well. But yes on the other hand if I’m playing one line, the other may not be needed. I’ve just found that both come up in different situations I.e. if I have no extenders and haven’t gotten hand knowledge with minstrel yet, I’m probably going for Big fish. However if I don’t have a way to get to hand knowledge(I’ve been HT’d) I’m just gunna search Aegerine with Abysshrine and end with lancea pass. I may end up taking the fish package out for a heavier approach to Access Lancea.
@@EyesOfNeji00 I just think the point of Lancea over big fish is less bricks + end board that can still consistently win going first, so running both feels very situational. God boards are not really as popular right now vs consistency and having enough HTs for going second.
@@BryanCastellanos-r7v 100% agree !! I'm thinking of ditching fishy boy and going with Icejade at my next locals! Fish king was mainly for lines to play through droll
@@EyesOfNeji00 let me know how it goes! i havent been able to truly test out the deck because of the holidays. so far in DB, ive hardly faced any droll, a lot of nib tho
@@SergejMilovec personally, I think it makes more sense to keep Chengying in there because he’s a big body that’s hard to get rid of in a simplified game state. Granted, if you’re making a synchro 10 and up against Maliss/Ryzeal, the Icejade synchro can come in hand(assuming you’re still playing Coleoncanth)
No reason not to play pot with all the extra bricks

Big fish lines are very powerful boardstates, sometimes unbreakable.
I’ve been loving the deck picked it up a few weeks ago

@@AndrewCurley-c6u summon out with Lancea synchro !
Does it make sense to change chang for the synchro icejade?
Alot of builds only run that with armor cards to make turn 1 more consistent. I like that build more than this.
