Why do you drag your boots constantly? does it not register the AA damage and thus not put them on cooldown?

Put boots on ground, get hit, grab it back - no tranquils cooldown here. Also works with blink

I need techies arcana so badly lol. I love playing techies xD. Spoon stash is op in late game you can carry x3 rapiers using backpack. Like Shivas , Scythe , Eblade , BKB , Linken and Purple ball.

Don't bother with it. I never knew they could nerf Arcanas, but they did. :(
The most major 'nerf' is they used to have a custom animation when the (back then) remote mine went off. There would be fireworks and when you stacked a bunch of remotes together, it was really quite spectacular. It was really the only reason to get the arcana. For some reason, the fireworks effect is now gone, and even if they put it back, remote mines no longer exist. It would be one single, sad explosion from your sticky mine which wouldn't really look like much at all.

@@wakka0222 Another reason got arcana - Proximity mines "rolled" when moved with 25 lvl talent. Default set mines didnt.
