A women in my town sells these. She uses a section of a garden hose to make the handle and attaches the bottom cut piece to make the teacup saucer effect on the bottom rather than leaving it loose. She paints them then using a stamp she cut from a sponge to paint on hearts. She gets $125 for each of them & has a backlog of orders!
