I didn't think I was going to like it at first since it sounded like a boring drink but after trying I loved it steaming it just adds a pleasant mouth and taste that is nice.
I saw this somewhere too and really changes the workflow with nitro. Only one change i would do with your setup. I would replace metal cup with glass and have 3 glasses. One to cool down espresso with a few ice cubes. Pour onto second glass for using wand. Here, you have more control of the froth you want to make. Then pour in third glass with ice n stir. I need to experiment with this. I will try this out with my ECM Synkronica.
I was wondering why no one puts their espresso straight into the milk? And steam everything together I get it no latte art but who cares If it's in a to- go cup every sip will be the same
I would say that even though the steamed one looks the best and would definitely have the greatest mouthfeel, it would lack the necessary coldness needed to fully be enjoyed

One of my favorite videos I think of yours. Very quick to the point with amazing, practical content. Love your work!
thank you!
This was the video I was looking for. Thank you
I made this again Xris. Banging with a tasty espresso.

I did similar to this awhile back using my Nanofoamer but without the nanoscreen. I blended it like crazy since was trying to emulate Freddo Espresso.
maybe that's what I need to do to do it with the nanofoamer

I added maple syrup and some half /half it was super good 👍☕
What’s that cup from you use for the steam wand test?

Loving my your content!
both you and kyle posted about this at the same time lol
definitely unplanned :D
Unplanned but I’m here for it 😍
Try freddo espresso
What cup is that? I can’t find it anywhere
Used to do this by accident. Cause i heat my cold cup with a steam wand to practice micro foaming 🍵☕
if you haven't got a steam try a Bamix hand blender 😃
A french press should probably do the job as well...
that would be a good idea to test... if I had one 😅
Wasn’t this one of your UA-cam shorts from a few days ago?
yup! filmed this at the same time I made that short

Not really. You cut it some time before it gets room temp. Like nitro cold brew, you want it a bit cool, lower than room temp, but not ice cold.
interesting!!
This is so self indulgent. You can cut the first couple minutes
you could also always just skip forward.
