It's a start...I think about our range visit today (we try to go once a week), about 120 rounds cheapest bulk .22lr downrange...recommend deepening that part of stash to have some regular, affordable trigger time...the heavier calibers, and shotgun ammo, we shoot sparingly...we can find all the calibers we own, albeit the price has gotten about as low as it is going to get (naturally, our budget is skinny right now-thanks FJB!)...buy two, shoot one, repeat, repeat, repeat can slowly, steadily build a stash...
I completely agree with FJB! as well as with shooting 1 and buying 2. My kids used to love to shoot when they were younger and had built up a good stockpile of target 22's over the years. Now I use them for practice in my go to AR, I still have over 19000 rounds left. I've been through to many ammo shortages, so I try to keep stackin every week. I don't shoot a lot of my bigger calibers because a hate seeing dollar bills fly down the range lol. thanks for watching

I "roll my own" as they say. Todays production was 100 6.5 Grendel and 100 .223 Rem. It took under 1/2 hr to crank them out. I'll put in a few more hours in this week on those calibers, then switch to 9mm and .308 Win. I use 2 Dillon 550Cs one large primer 1 small primer. That way theres less farting around, just conversion plates and tool heads. Check my channel for how to's on this sort of stuff, as I'll be following your channel !
That's one thing I want to start doing is loading my own rounds, especially my lever/bolt guns. This past winter I picked up reloading dies, bullets and cases for my 35 remington since it's hard to find ammo. Thanks for watching and I'll definitely check your channel out
@backwoodswildman if you shoot Grendel keep your x39 brass and convert them
