The in-game attack speed and added attack speed are not being calculated correctly. Here's a detailed comparison using my exact build on Questlog: The Ultimate outrider build • Added Attack Speed: 39.4% • Dexterity: 60 • In-Game Attack Speed: 0.322s • Questlog Attack Speed: 0.27s Based on my calculations, the Questlog calculation is correct, whereas the in-game calculation seems flawed. To verify this, I conducted tests to count the number of auto-attacks per second: Crossbow • In-Game Attack Speed: 0.322s (should do approximately 3 autos per second) • Actual Auto-Attacks: 23 autos in 10 seconds (average 0.43s per auto) Greatsword • In-Game Attack Speed: 0.412s (should do approximately 3 autos per 1.2 second) • Actual Auto-Attacks: 17 autos in 10 seconds (average 0.582s per auto) These findings reveal two critical issues: 1. Ive really enjoyed this build for bossing. I rolled a 3rd weapon with bow and use rex/aelon for trash farming, then pull this build out vs bosses and for guild runs and it gives me bow/dagger as well for zerg pvp.
Not using weak point shot on bosses is a big waste tbh. If you time the boss q with defusion you can extend the debuff to 10-12 seconds which overal boosts the dmg for you and 3 other dps players, it's very big. Adding to the comment with thunder spirit, it doesn't add as much dmg but it allows you to switch to daggers and give thunderclouds stacks even faster than with a crossbow + saves you considerable amount on mana as your auto doesnt consume mana for mother nature and helps you to sustain mana much longer. It is quite noticeable in trials where the boss fight is 10+ minutes and half of that time you don't have mana to even do your rotation :D checked it for myself. And just from myself, the attack speed on daggers makes your rotation crazy fast. As a guy who played the whole time with crossb/dagger I recommend to switch to daggers for difusion rotation and back to crossbow when on cooldowns. Just a tip for best dps - use field general set for heavy attack. With runes now you can push melee heavy to 600 which hits at 40k dmg from 1 thunder bombing when you get offhand and x2 on both attacks. This is the build that all top crossbow/daggers in gate of infinity use, and for a reason! You will be tired of stealing aggro from your tank
@@Sutex0sofar Ankle strike or fatal stigma. I use the same skills as shown in this video, just with weak point shot and thunder spirit instead of two mentioned above. As for boss rotation it depends on a boss. As you do 15+ boss runs you kinda know when he does furry attacks. For some like Duke Magna in t1 and t2 it's useless as you have 1-2 furry attacks at all. Voidwastes the fight starts with furry attack so you can use weak point with diffusion right away. Oh and a tip - you can use weak point shot right after you dodged the furry, debuff still gonna apply to the boss, it's just a bit hard to time it perfectly. This is the "perfect" way to use it. Dodge furry - use weak point - diffusion and then your normal rotation
Sorry but since it’s so circumstantial it has a niche use. You would be losing a lot of dps because of that being slotted. If the boss was always throwing those attacks than it would output more dps but it’s to inconsistent
can you test the damage rotation properly somewhere else instead of dummy cause I removed actually the 2nd detonation mark cause it gave me less damage when I used it only once. It is annoying that it seems to be buggy on dummy.
@Aragon- I noticed an improvement using multi-rotation; the poison is very effective. :)

There is a full AoE build that utilizes Thunder Spirit, Frenzied Sword Dance (cooldown+aoe apec), Lightning Throw, Fatal Stigma (AoE spec), and Annihilation Barrage. It is much nicer sustained aoe, I use it for trash pulls and open world dungeon farming.
thunder spirit only triggers on melee attacks, which yes it's only your sword dance, moonlight and brutal (which is single target), so it is not worth it versus extra poison damage on all of your hits, including all of your Annihilation barrage hits.

@Aragon- you apply thunderclouds to all targets hit by your thunder spirit + sword dance, then you use Lightning Throw (knife throwing spec) to hit all the targets with thunderclouds. Then bomb a target, spin after that and by the time spin is done - spirit + sword dance is back up. I would suggest you try it out if you think aoe is simply waiting for spin to come off CD.
it doesn't work like +100%, it's x100%. The formula is like this: Off-Hand Attack Chance % = Weapon Off-Hand Double Attack x (1 + Total Off-Hand Double Attack Bonuses) so if you have 25% on your weapon, and 100% from selfless diffusion and 30% from ankle strike, your chance to trigger your off-hand attack is = 25% x (1 + 100% + 30%) = 25% x (2.3) = 57.5% to off-hand attack
Because 100% doesn't mean you will always get offhand procs, it just means you will proc them twice as often. So the crossbows have a base offhand proc rate of 25%, with selfless diffusion, that goes up to 50%. Assuming that the ankle strike proc is additive, that 30% should boost you up to a 57.5% chance, not a huge increase, but every bit helps. If it's multiplicitive it would go up to 65% chance.
Yes, Detonation mark is a weakened effect. You can read the last park of selfless diffusion. You will extend the duration of your weaken effects as long as you keep applying weaken thunderclads
So even if the detonation runs off (removes the icon for target ) it is still applied? Becuase always removes the icon after 3 seconds but I'm guessing that's only becuase of the tool tip 3 sec and isn't taking the buff duration into consideration I just hit 4k and my biggest hit is 82k seeing you do 135k is crazy but learning not to use the 2nd mark or it removes the 1st I never knew this great info as always.

@@Sutex0sofar I use exit lag & so U like having 108 ping all the time or as it does jump to 128 Y high some times i'm not into the ping & the game is boring also because when U get kick out T2 dungeon's because of it, how do think this make me feel , like shit so get of my back moron & they do at the last boss just to be assholes
@@emotionlord5686 Oh I thought it was for PvP too. I dunno though even with pve if 1 build starts doing x10 more damage than all other builds people will start kicking unless you are that build.

It can help to extend the duration of thunderclads on your target. I don't really see the other options helping in anyway for PvE.
What about the bellandir crossbows? need to change any skill to make them works?
Nope, I would not change anything for them. They should work very well with this.
Also I remember hearing someone say use the kastleton dummy for testing all other ones have something on the dummy

if your detonationmark procs x2 and you apply another mark then all the stored dmg is lost.
That happens only on a test dummy. You can see at 4:07 I cast Detonation again, and the first will explode when you cast it again.

It's not 1 skill it's like 15 it takes full rotations then explodes for 40% of cumulated damage which is the 135k explosion
