    Viewing the shaking of the mainframe indictates loose lockdownbolts, or a flimsy bench...something with a 1 inch Ply or 2 Inch Lumber top, 3x3 or 4x4 legs and 3x2 framing makes a reloading bench suitable for all the high capacity Dillons ( including Electric Drive)
    Good vid.

    That thing's a beast!! I just picked up a used MEC 9000G to replace my Lee Load-All so I could crank out some trap loads and while it works good, this thing looks way nicer.

    I think you need a sturdier bench!

    Sweet press Rastoff! Just cruisin youtube and happened upon the video you finally made! Just got a 9000H myself and I'm cranking them out now. That sure is a wild looking press you've got there, nice stuff.

    Very nice setup, although it looks like that platform could use a little reinforcing...

    Nothing beats a Dillon. I don't own a shotgun (yet) but I do load my rifle stuff on a 650

    hope you'll check in and see it
    im sorry you beat me to the punch, but still is nice owning a machine nun of my fellow trap shooters cant afford!

    Why is it bouncing so much? Is it bolted down properly?

    Can you do loads with anything other than birdshot? like 00 Buck?

    Have you had any trouble with the reloader?

    Wow, I love the loader but doesn’t the flimsy bench making everything wobble bug the crap out of you?

    Lets see, on the minus side, 80 shells in the hopper. 3/4 lb. of powder in the measure. a primer tray that only holds 100 primers, and has to be adjusted EXACTLY right, or, guess what, no primer. The transfer bar that moves the empty hull from the drop tube to station one tips the shell 1 time out of 5, and that completely stops production. On the plus side, there is ...........? Sorry, after 30,000 rounds on my SL900, I sold it and bought a Spolar. Trouble free loading now...Hmmmmmm

      Spolar = $4800 + $950 for every gauge change. F that.

      @@skeet25s admittedly, a Scolari isn't for everyone. I shoot one gauge, so changing gauges means nothing to me. I have owned every Dillon Precision press except the 1050, 50 Cal., and the new 750. Great products, still use my 650, but the SL900 missed the mark in my book.

      @@johnandrebeccamalcolm3895 I hear ya. I was just talking for me. If I paid that much for a reloader, my wife would string me up from the nearest tree. Since I regularly shoot 4 gauges, I have 4 Mec 9000's: 12,20,28,.410. That's what works for me.financially and functionally. I have that MEC base plate that is attached to my bench, and I slide right in the 9000 for whatever gauge I'm reloading. I like it.

    You have to individually place each buckshot in the wad. A progressive press such as this wouldn't be the best for buck shot.

    It looks like your using almost no effort in operating the handle. I have a Mec Grabber and to do it comfortably it takes two hands to operate.
