For the past 2 weeks I’ve had finals for school and been struggling to sleep cause of real life problems and such, but these playlists are probably the only reason I’ve ever been able to sleep somewhat decent to pass my finals. Thank you so much ❤
I think I cured my ADHD... my inner dialogue is just me screaming... imagining the echo in a large cavern... or an empty field... my scream being swallowed by the wind, the trees swaying branches, the rain...
I stay up a lot because some people in my life always want me to do something or force me to do something, which messes up my sleeping schedule. SO when or if I stay up late these vids make me go to sleep quicker.
