ॐ नमः शिवाय || Oh, Lord Shiva: I call upon your name

ॐ नमः शिवाय, ॐ नमः शिवाय,
Oh, Lord Shiva, the eternal one,
In the depths of my heart, I call upon your name.
कर्पूरगौरं करुणावतारं
संसारसारम् भुजगेन्द्रहारम् ।
सदावसन्तं हृदयारविन्दे
भवं भवानीसहितं नमामि ॥
Oh Lord, we seek your strength and might,
To let go of all that's not in sight,
The pleasures, joys, and ego's sway,
And find our way to Shiva's pure ray
Give us the power to let go,
Of all that binds us, and makes us low,
And guide us to the pure delight,
Of Shiva's Tattwa, where love shines bright.
कर्पूरगौरं करुणावतारं
संसारसारम् भुजगेन्द्रहारम् ।
सदावसन्तं हृदयारविन्दे
भवं भवानीसहितं नमामि ॥
We yearn to break free from the chains,
Of worldly desires and fleeting gains,
And find our true selves, in your light,
Where love and joy are our guiding sight.
In your pure form, we find our peace,
Where love and joy our hearts release,
And in your strength, we find our way,
To a life of purpose, come what may.
