However, you made a very remarkable point when you said God prospers natural things he made like land, cattle, servants, livestock etc. That was a turning point to my understanding about money in church. Also MOG the reason why Africa bought the prosperity gospel fast is because Africa is a poor continent, no jobs, no technology, no infrastructure etc. almost everyone is struggling financially except few corrupt politicians so this has made prosperity gospel more appealing to Africa. For example if you say sow a seed so that you will be blessed to buy a new car, that gospel won’t work in countries like Japan, Germany, US, Switzerland etc because almost everyone owns a car. However in Africa it will work because of poverty. The biggest problem in Africa is extreme poverty and poor leadership leading to that, it’s something we should pray about.
I agree totally with you. But, that gospel is so pervasive and deceptive that it captured the most materialistic society in the world, USA That gospel came from USA to corrupt the world and it seems they've succeeded hmmmm
If i were to go by his logic, a major part of central bank reserves are in gold. God made gold, money is just paper, but it’s reserves is in God’s product. even the bible says, money answereth all things
