Jus go to the middle of the pool there's a monumen again, touch it and you get chests.

Bro for the first one I killed the three groups of anemo slimes and I too interacted with the monument but no chest respawned , why 😢😢

Have you tried to re log in the game, it could be bugged. Or try to look for more anemo slimes around you, because sometimes the enemies are delayed when spawning
