    Good video.
But...I've owned rentals for 19 years. Used PM companies for 17 years. Rarely a problem. Typically I spend 10-20 mins a month on my portfolio- usually just looking at the PM monthly statements. Pretty passive.

Fair enough. I found it was much harder for me with 1-5 doors, and after that it gets increasingly easier to manage as you have less cost per door, more systems and processes in place, more people lined up to help, and ultimately you face the same problems over and over again; it gets easier the more you have solved the same problem.

What are your thoughts on Keyspire?

They have a really strong network and a ton of knowledge and information available to their customers. I would suggest consuming as much free content through UA-cam, podcasts, and other online sources before committing to programs that cost a lot, as you'll be able to find most of what you need for free. The real benefit of a group like Keyspire is you can pay to get yourself into bettter rooms with greater connections.

how do you think 3d printing and artificial intelligence will effect real estate investors?

Absolutely. Most of the industry is administrative. There’s almost no need for half the red tape and inefficiency we see.
