I live in cdmx too but I kinda don't see what you mean with the windows tbh, but THE park bench is literally the same one in every single park in México (everywhere I've been so far lol)
LilSimsie is always like I don't love CAS I love build, I think that's okay Deli has CAS Covered! We have our different interests and yet we play the same game! it's lovely!
I think simmers who aren't that good at making Sims tend not to like CAS as much as build/buy, while those who are good at making Sims favor CAS more! Then there are those who do well with both, who like to see both equally, like me! Deli though is also very good at making builds too so that's probably why she seems to like both.
Same! Everyone is doing build/buy, but honestly, this pack was always going to be leaning heavily into CAS, and I've been DYING to see it. I knew Deli would have us covered.

Oh of course, why didn't I realize it before. I was thinking all the butterfly references were in reference to Fairies, but the Monarch butterfly migrates to Mexico to mate and lay eggs.
@@deligracythe thing you called BDSM is just a chest harness, you have all kinds of harnesses (leg garters for example) that can be worn as a fashion accessory (they do find their origin in leather/BDSM culture) Also, there is an unlockable plain chain necklace in the style influencer career
This is awesome and it feels very Mexico City coded. Especially the neighborhoods they are basing the game on which are Colonia Roma and Colonia Condesa. Lots of art deco architecture in the buildings and public spaces. At the same time you'll find more traditional detailed elements and the urban graffiti, urban art, the benches... top top top notch. When you are building it would be cool for you to see the work of Barragán and Legorreta where you'll see where the vibrant color swatches come from; Mario Pani with his distinct art deco inspirations and Kalach for a more contemporary approach. The same if you want inspiration in more iconic CDMX architecture, the Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo House-Studio, the Conlon Nancarrow House-Studio, Casa Luis Barragán, Casa Gilardi, Tlatelolco, etc...
Jacaranda trees aren't native to South Africa but we have loads, especially in Pretoria and Johannesburg! It is so beautiful when the bloom in October!
I love that you combined the CAS and Build Buy overview but maybe next time you can set a few “chapters” in the video in case some people only care toses one or the other. ❤

The CAS? Amazing. I love all the guys' stuff. But the BUILD BUY. I AM LIVING FOR IT. My little historical-builder heart is so full. My Roman and medieval builds are gonna look AMAZING.
The main thing I take from this video is that I should turn around my sims more when styling them and see what the back of their clothes look like haha Very cool and updated wardrobe compared to the base game, especially for males as you said, which is very exciting!
Mexico City is an incredible place! I’ve been to visit and it was one of my favorite trips ever. Such a good choice for this pack. Can’t wait to see more. The CAS seems incredible!

You know what I need - because I'm sure I am the only one who thought about it 😂 - in the sims? A coat category in CAS. So you can just put a coat on your sim. Why? I don't know. Have been on my mind since the sims 3.
Thank you for doing what the devs did not: Making me excited for this pack! It’s certainly not their fault that they don’t have the required vibes for YT, and honestly, watching their stream made me value what you and the other Sims UA-camrs do even more. It’s definitely not as easy as you guys make it seem. I think I misjudged the CAS. It’s fun! And the Build Buy, while very maximalist, is BEAUTIFUL!
Usually the CAS and build/buy don't disappoint (this pack is no exception, lots of great stuff!) it's just the buggy or lack of gameplay that's the biggest bummer now. It would be nice if they went back and updated the hairs from base game and first few years of packs to match the quality of the hairs we get today.
It’s so nice to see them making pieces for both body types (masc and fem) because while you can uncheck the preferred style, some of the clothes don’t fit the body type perfectly

Im sorry, but the CAS attraction should've been a base game update. EA breaks up every small aspect into a new pack cause they're money oriented, not community oriented
10/10 would buy a basic clothing kit. Also would love to see more tattoos, or even a tattoo kit of some kind. I want my sims to be covered in them sometimes, but that's hard to achieve even with all the packs.
Just a fun FYI, those "cheetah" spots are actually leopard spots! Leopard spots have the hollow black circles or "rosettes" often with the secondary fur tone inside. Cheetah spots are smaller, solid black spots, more like a dalmatian. Since I'm on the subject, to go further, Jaguar spots are similar to leopard spots, but slightly larger and have a separate small black dot in the center of the "rosette." Now you can tell all 3 animals apart, and have some trivia to probably impress someone somewhere at some point! :D Have a fantastic day, Deli

I think the number of lots in the world is a bit on the small side, but it’s OK. I wish there were more larger lots to build on, I thought we were going to get more apartments so that’s disappointing, and it doesn’t seem like there’s a lot to do in the world. I’m not a fan of the rabbit holes. without having played with it yet, overall from what I’ve seen watching videos today I’d give it a B grade. can’t wait to watch your LP.! I love how you and James both notice the carpet cheetah floor doesn't have any texture 😂. I really really like the cas!! I think the build buy is super fun too and pairs well with high school years and growing together because of the art deco. Definitely feels less in terms of items, but I love all the gameplay this come with.

I always choose the makeup for the sim, because face shape, skin and eye color, hair… it all really contributes to what makeup looks good on that particular sim. I also often compare sim makeup and clothing to my own! 😂❤

I wasn't sure at first but now i realize this is just hot date which was surprisingly my favorite sims 1 pack! It's very fun and very sassy and sims thrive in that category!! I will be getting it! Cant wait do like Sex in the City Re-vamped sims 4 style!
I really liked the Sims 1 throw back and the CAS itens! But they really liked better prices, it's too expensive for an expansion that could be a game pack. And they need to remember we have other wall heights, last 3-4 packs only came with doors/windows for short.
I'm playing sims based on the band Måneskin, and ... the kids are about to get a makeover as soon as I get my hands on this pack. ;-) So much of this stuff is perfect for them.
Actually the Jacaranda tree is famous in south Africa we have a town with all the roads are lined with jacarandas, it nickname the jacaranda city, has an excellent university so a lot of students are there.
I think the mens or ladies ranger outfit could be great to wear while Tomb raiding on vacation 😉love a lot of these clothes, cant wait for this pack as the build/buy items are amazing.
Slightly unrelated, but I wish we could apply skirting and whatnot how we apply foundations and platform trim. Then just have all the wallpapers and such without them. That way we can add our own, it will all match, and it'll match whatever style or wood tone or whatever we're trying to use.
To be fair the treadmill in this pack is better than the others in my opinion. I don't have the fitness pack but from the one so have I don't care for most of the gym equipment which makes me sad. These in this pack look much cooler to me.
Love the CAS. There’s so much graphic and also clothes for gay sim which we don’t see a lot. I can also see myself using the net and chains for like the vampire sims
I get exactly what you mean about the jumpsuit love the low back but the cut out in the front should have come in more so it would be completely risque or make the back higher on or the other not both
Not a big fan of the pentagram stuff but other than that I love thinking of storylines and future characters using these outfits and new parts of the game with Lovestruck! The only thing is that I’m gonna be having to figure out a way for my Super Sim to accomplish all the aspirations still when the time comes for the newest additions while still keeping her original storyline how I want. (Good thing my Super Sim isn’t even born yet 😂) This pack also will help A LOT with the 100 baby challenge! (The Cupid’s Corner is gonna be my best friend with that)
