I think my only main issue with this is, Bagpipes should stick to Bagpipe tunes (eg, Black bear, Highland Cathedral, etc) Having Rule Britannia with bagpipes doesn't work too well, in my view. That's not to say that these pipers/musicians aren't top notch, but it just doesn't fit.

The pipes don't actually do that anymore, it was a one time thing for the Rose Parade. Now we (I'm currently a piper) stick to more traditional tunes.
