- In this video I install a set of OEM Leather / Alcantara STI seats into my 2015 Impreza. Most interior bits from the 15+ WRX / STI chassis are a direct fit into the Impreza and Crosstreks. The seats are no exception!

I am wanting to do this upgrade on my 2017 Crosstrek. Before I go and buy a set of these seats (not cheep), I am still not 100% sure they will just bolt in and work. Also my car has just the manual seats. Does my car have the wiring connections for the electric seats, air bags, heat? Or do I need to look for standard manual seats? So far this video is the only thing I can find on the internet about this mod. Any web sources would be very appreciated.

My first mod was mud flaps but my tastes have changed since then. My best advice is to buy quality parts the first time.

Just curious, how much horsepower are you making with your current build, if you had to guess, don’t need an exact number, I kinda wanna get a Impreza but I’m also considering a Mitsubishi Lancer and I’m trying to figure out which one is more tunable ig you could say
Probably a little over stock but not by much. You can't expect much performance gains from an engine designed for fuel economy. At the crank stock it is 148 hp. Most people when they add "performance" mods to this car, it's to make the car drive better but not necessarily faster.
@@WillisDo I think im just waiting for my Focus to die and then I’m gonna get a 14’ WRX or possibly a Legacy GT. (My Focus makes 168 stock so it’s hard for me to wanna go down, I want like 250 😂)

Yes everything works!
These seats fit 2012-2021 guys.plug and play including heated feature.
Are you saying all 2012-2021 Subaru seats are interchangeable? I have a 2014 impreza sport and am looking to get something different…
What are you going to do with the seats you removed?
I will be keeping them in case I need to go back to stock.

I don't think I've ever seen Alcantara seats in person that didn't look like they were covered in lint. I know the stuff is supposed to be nice, but I've never really liked it. The leather looks really good, though.
Definitely have to take care of it and keep it clean.
