Those boogeymen, however heinous ppl they maybe, pose zero threat to the US' homeland security and are much inferior. In fact their security threats rise by invading those other nations as those nations for some unknown reason try to defend themselves and fight back from the bombardments of freedom, peace and democracy. Yet they invade anyways to hold firm grim on the globe and its place as global hegemony. The US can outright single handedly destroy whatever boogeymen they want to invade. But they want to do it at a reduced cost. So they call up its goons: the UK, Japan, NATO allies, Korea, and the list goes on. The part where the Japanese hero is rerulctant to help in destroying the childish red boogeyman is depicting this. It cares not about other nations sovereignty. If the mafia boss calls, you must serve your duty. Right after this YT clip there comes a scene where the Japanese hero who does not have the ability to fly is forced to join the peace gang and gets carried away, flown over to a destination it knows not. This scene is about Japan's Constitution that prohibits them from sending their armed forces outside of Japanese territory. Japan often used this as an excuse to exempt themselves from their call of duty. However the US will simply force you and drag you out and carry you over in their mission of invading other countries.
The longer it went on the more my concern grew for the guy in the red devil baby suit.
