In this clip, Aries Spears talked about how he’d sue Will Smith if he were slapped by the movie star like Chris Rock. He said that it’s easy in those instances to retaliate but Aries said it’s much more telling about a person who can put those moments in perspective and ward against retaliating. We all seen both incidents. Nobody had a gun, so how could anyone get prison time? Even in stand your ground states if someone physically attacks you, the victim has a right to use deadly force such as gun or knife. He is just a weak cowardly man using wise sayings to change the narrative of the truth in what really happened.
But why is Will being treated like a white dude & Chris like a Black street n*gga when WILL hit him first? The double standards are weird to me. They're both wealthy successful Hollywood actors.

My sister's boyfriend beat her up pretty bad and I was seriously looking for him and was going to kill him when I saw him. This was before cell phones and if people that knew him weren't home it was very hard to find him. Luckily for me the police found him before I did and he got seven years in prison. I can cosign this shit as that's been my mindset for the longest. I learned early cause by the time I was born my Pop was already about 8 months into a 20 - 40, as well as his brother (my uncle) who got 35 - 75. I grew up visting my old man at Graterford prison in PA, and Graterford was no joke. That bitch was a dungeon and from a toddler I had zero desire to ever end up there or anywhere like that place. Wallo267 has a few stories about Graterford when he was briefly there and none of them were pleasant. My pops did 20 years there. He's out now and has spent ten years on parole meanwhile my Uncle still isn't up for parole. I'm now 30.
So yeah I had no desire to keep it real cause I knew what it meant. When I moved to Trenton in 06 and the gangs were real heavy, I was called damn near every name under the book but I was cool cause everything people were doing, to me, it had a sentence behind it. People trying to convince me to join their gangs and do shit at 14 but in my head I'm like, "Yeah this is 3 years, five years, twenty years...I'm 14 and my pops has been in prison all 14 years of my life. The memories that people have of me being a baby, and the ones I have from a toddler to now...but behind those big ass walls....yeaaah I'm good." I'm not even joking either. Yet still I almost fucked that up too the moment I stopped chilling with the seniors, who were all street dudes, and with people my age who were trying to prove themselves. Denied their gang invites and they eventually jumped me twice, never did any real damage to me as I held my own and saw it coming but I considered one of the dudes my friend. The broken trust and bruising of my ego had me want to kill them. And I was really going to kill them as I knew the exact path those dudes walked when school let out. Plan was the intersect them from a side street while they walked down Parkside and pop them all. My mother saw I had an evil look when I got home and stopped it.
16 years later I still get to look back on her intervention as blessing. My old man and I talked about it when he got released and how proud he was that I didn't go down his road despite getting close. I'm still free and just graduated with a BFA. I wouldn't be here right now if I did that.
Also as a side story on how thinking about shit always ends up better, when I went back to HS at 18 (I dropped out at 15) I saw one of the dudes that jumped me while standing in line to enter. Four years later and at a whole different school. He didn't even notice me (or even remember me) as he was too busy trying to run game on some girls and for a moment I thought of swinging on him. He never would of saw it coming and would've fucked up him. That was literally my first day at that school, I hadn't even been inside yet. If I did that shit I would've got kicked out off the rip cause that's what they did to people that fought, worse of all it would've been for a dude that would've dropped out cause that's eventually what he did. Instead of getting all 120 in two years (I wanted to get in and get the fuck out), my journey would've been different and longer.
