I’m confused why the first clip wasn’t “lucky guy”

There is a special CBP-Verse doodle at the end of this episode.
This episode on CBP: with a silly grin to her face, Sky Blue gets ready for her little stunt. Sitting on her winged Piccolina (Wingolina?), the Shadow Kiddo puts on her “helmet”, which is just world’s most goofy propeller cap. The car, on the other hand, looks a bit impressive. Being as top-heavy as the Autobello-made tiny vehicular brick is, flying should not be on its list of capabilities. Completely sky blue (of course), the only thing that is not blue on the livery is the shoddily drawn Polish Air Force roundel on the sides.
“Let’s go!”
Looking up, Sky Blue pressed another button on her control panel, this time bringing out a JATO rocket to the car’s back.
“Propulsion system online…”
As the take-off procedures started, the other Shadow Kiddos and the original one alike start paying attention.
“Uhh… who’s that!?” - Kiddo asked.
“Our less-than-brilliant girl, Sky Blue.” - White replied.
“She keeps trying to get that thing to fly, to no avail.” Purple completed.
“I admire her tenacity, though…” - Green added.
“If she jumps from a cliff, she’d be able to fly a bit… like, downwards…” - Goth Kiddo said, clearly going for some gallows humor.
Kiddo just looks at the scene very confused.
