Excellent question. I cover some of this in some of the videos... The fact that they have to be issued by the Government of each nation means that they have to be at least aware of it. When it comes to profits, it is my guess that it is minimal and reserved for the ruling class as many of these nations do not yet have a standard middle class. Either way, the stories the coins tell are often for all Africans within the borders.
