I've been collecting DCP and First Gear 1/64 scale trucks for year's. And have over 100 of them. Highly detailed and worth getting to make your diorama layout complete with your car collection. Nice video thanks for sharing.

I've always loved big rig diecast. It just breaks my heart how Matchbox Convoys aren't sold in Canada and DCP, although made with AMAZING quality, are so pricey 😭

Looks like a good start, I'm not into the foreign trucks but i just started collecting about a week ago. Rigs get expensive, especially if you mix and match trailers and cabs. I'm 6 trucks in and at about $130 per truck. You might want to look at spec cast, they are fairly well detailed well made heavy replicas that you'll be able to pick up at 1/2 the price of dcp.

I can relate to the issue of space for the collection since I collect Die Cast Tractors,Muscle Cars and Big Rigs all in various scales..
It's pretty rare, but you should check out the 1/64 DCP Monaco Cheetah Motorhome. It has steerable front wheels and some more features. But it's really rare and expensive. The cheapest one currently on Ebay is 200 dollars.
DCP (Die cast promotions) was a company owned by ERTL. A few time ago the founder of ERTL passed away and DCP was sold to its main competitor: First Gear.

I just ordered my 8th DCP, I cant get enough of them! I've gone as far as customizing 3 of them with intentions of doing many more! I really enjoy your videos man, any hints on when certain cases (HW, MB, M2, AW) come out?
It's about time you covered DCP (Die Cast Promotions by FF Ertl III) They were acquired by First Gear a few years ago. You thought customizing HW and MB was nice, go on ebay and look at the custom DCP trucks and kit bashes.

Hello I'm so Mad it's not even funny I understand about C-19 and all of that but when Hotwheels and Matchbox are not getting any new car's it's crazy we're I live we have been getting the same exact box I stop going to see if there were any new box's...You're lucky because you get everything delivered...Can you please look into this...thank's

I tried to order from first gear but they lost my account and my order, so I lost confidence in the company, I have picked up some good ones in the UK from rails of shefield, one at 1:64 and two at 1:34, they do make great models, just a shame the company is'nt very professional in their customer service.

A few weeks ago and I spent 3 hours looking through my banking records while it was being checked as I had an email saying the order had gone through, when you responded I was told it was because I had placed my order as the new website was being introduced, no compensation or apology was offered, I lost all confidence in your company at this point. I was told I could place my order again and that was all the apology I got.
@@colinsdiecast164customs The website was a complete overhaul. You would have had to put in a new order. It doesn't sound like you were charged for your order. Is that correct? If you were charged, please give us a call so we can sort it out.
After spending 3 hours checking I found out I had not been charged, your employees not using their Christian names on messages is very impersonal, after making such an error you would think a discount and an apology would have been forthcoming, hence the reason I did not place the order again, I did not feel valued as a customer at all.
