Yep, Mr. Dawson was a true jewel of drumming. He had it all. His playing was some of the cleanest and crispest you will ever hear. And, of course...he was one of the most magnificent teachers out of the Boston area. There was also a refined elegance and intelligence to his playing. It breaks my heart when I think that this classy man has been gone now for over 26 years!!!
