32 years of my life has been spent loving Michael Jackson. And thank God that Bruno Mars came along. There's hope for REAL music in him because he is much like the artists he idolized...he craves music, lives and breathes it and he WANTS to become better everyday and thoroughly entertain.

I wish Michael had met Bruno, whose down to earth and often funny personality could have helped his idol somehow. Michael died from relying in doctors too much to help him sleep. I read that when Bruno can't sleep, he makes music or plays poker. I'd been depressed for many years due to deaths in my family, but Bruno's performances and funny videos got me out of that.
unfortunately Bruno didn't blow up(become known) until after Michael's death sadly, I know Michael would have loved to meet Bruno as he did with a lot of upcoming artists at the time

bruno mars can play music instrument, others cannot, he entertained crowd at young age, others not, no argument, bruno mars is the best among the rest, and MJ is the legend!
One thing I don't understand is why people always say that bruno is trying to be Michael Jackson, like did he ever say that he wants to take MJ's place? First of all Michael's place can't be filled and I don't even think bruno is one of those artists who is obsessed with fame and the title of king of pop like for example Justin Timberlake, he just does his thing and stays away from all the media attention, he actually doesn't enjoy fame.

Michael is on a completely different level then bruno not saying bruno is not talented but he can never be at he same level. Michael made music, dance, concerts and videos they way they are today. Bruno even copies MJ's hat thing. Michael is in the rock roll hall of fame 2 times bruno will never get that. Michael put the superbowl half time show on the map that now every performer wants to do, MJ is in the Guinness book of world records 38 times used to be 39. MJ has the greatest selling album of all time. MJ was the first artist to hit both "black" and "white" charts. He was the first African american singer to have their videos played on MTV. He also had the press try to destroy him but they couldn't. I like bruno and even my 13 year old knows bruno is not MJ. MJ made it so these artists today can be where they are and they KNOW it and respect him for it;. I wish people would STOP comparing bruno to MJ. MJ is king of pop PERIOD. Bruno if he continues will have his own place in history. We NEVER compared MJ to anybody EVER because he was MJ and original. MJ did things that nobody seen before.
