For those coming up to Columbus, first of all, welcome! I hope you enjoy your time here and are treated with respect! The commentator mentioned Thurman's resteraunt and it is ok, not a big fan of them myself. If money is no object, Hyde park steakhouse just south of campus is top notch. There is also a few nice places at Easton mall the best and nicest mall in Columbus. Smith and Welinski's is great along with a couple other's that there names escape me now. Depending on what part of town your staying there are great resteraunt's and sport's bar's all around. Safe travel's and hope to see a great game!
It was 15 degrees at our Cotton Bowl game loss to Kansas St and we had to sit & stand on ice. The Liberty Bowl with Minnesota was a chill factor of -2!
I am up here in C-bus and welcome...hope you have a GREAT time while you are here...I just saw that they just got a few inches of snow @Penn State but it looks like IF your coming into town on Friday we are gonna only have rain/snow flurries with 20% precip and 37 degrees high so I doubt it will be much of a problem then on saturday actual game day it's just supposed to be just cold with a high of 30 & a low of 18 at night.
I think with the nil and the ability to transfer this will become the norm. Every player that play's for a big time program thinks there going to the NFL. Every team will have to deal with it. Look at Oregon, there the new, shiny wonder team with Nike backing them with nil money is no object, Phil already said he wants a title before he passes and will open up the wallet to get it. The problem is when you get those highly rated player's stacked up they all think they should start and play. How long do they sit before they decide to transfer?
You hear it from everybody, weather is a non factor to me it's not like Tenn is that far from Columbus. The biggest advantage I think is the night kickoff. You here alot of folk's bashing OSU's home crowd and some of it's deserved they can be fickle at noon games. Reason being noon games have a ton of booster's and let's say an older crowd... night games I've been too were electric! (Been to several nooner's as well) night games at OSU is a different crowd, also the reason Tennessee should be able to get more tix than the alotment. If the home field for OSU has an advantage that will be it. Not weather
That narrative is so dumb... One because of what you just said... We do have cold weather here in Tennessee... Two because I don't care if you're from up there or not... When it's below 20 degrees everybody hurts more when they get hit... LoL...
I hope our OL are in tempo shape.... they haven't been, which is partly why we haven't run tempo, and they've had massive discipline issues, so tempo will expose those even more just on increased pace. Sadly, for this game, I have high hopes but low expectations; a UT fan's natural disposition on the last 40 years
Ohio State is going to thump us in their house. We suck on the road. It'd be nice to make it out of the first round tho. I hope my Vols can prove me wrong tho.
I get that he has the raw talent and I like the guy but I just don't think that Nico deserves and starting spot as an NFL quarterback right now he's not showing anything to really say that he could be a good really good solid NFL quarterback

All these portal enteries from TN bothers me. Would think players would want to stay.

NIL and money, this is one way that has hurt college football.
I think that is limited now to kids who were lifelong vol fans and dreamed of being a vol. everyone else is playing on one year contracts.
Nah man they just know they are being recruited over. Can't blame them.
I'm a ohio state fan that lives in Tennessee, i love both programs.don't know who will win ,but its going to be a great game.
Does anybody have a number on how many Tennessee fans will make it to Ohio
I was wondering also. I've heard 15 to 20 thousand, but who really knows. GBO
I’d say there will be more Orange in that joint than people realize.
102,780
3500 😇
@@Noah-sj5jmthat’s how many Tickets that were a allotted to Tennessee.. it’ll definitely be way more than 3500.
Steve, all those jumping in the portal are leaving because they are getting recruited over. If you’re not going to play, go somewhere you can.
There were several games that Nico would have thrown for 300, but he sat the bench for a half or qtr.
lol like I predicted it will be 19 degrees in Columbus. Come on up yall lol
tennessee has cold weather

Get rid of the conference Champion entries and just go with the highest ranked teams. 12 will get you a National Champion.

Tickets as low as $144.00 last night on gametime. Lets checker the shoe

You have franks dogs but, on high street you have plenty of food!!!!
GBO 🍊
You can say it. Skyline is trash.
OR Nico could pull a Peyton and come back and with nil....

Dude he’s 19 years old. He still has 2 more years in college. Potential is there man.
@@oBRDYmaybe 3 years. Depends on how he develops.
I think we have certainly seen his “floor” this year, I’m happy with it.
Beamer tries to be other coaches in his talk.
