Become the observer of the mind, rather than identifying with mind. Love this Matt, thank you for simplifying it!

I do this alllll the time. I feel like I have this part of me that is 100% me and then I have this other part that makes me question all the things I know about me.

At the end when you talk about societal consciousness, it reminds me of NA recovery where there is a group conscience. All agree on the spiritual principles and purpose of carrying the message then work together to form a group conscience.

    Very helpfuk..thanks a lot
I ve only came to the realization
That my intensr resistance to the ocd thought that i have nd intense rejection .. make them appear in real life as those OCD thoughts are related to doing certain facial and body gestures ..
They ve happened in real life many times
Nd made me confused for years whether it s Ocd or not which made resistance quite hard to give up on nd made fear persistent nd my go to feeling
I would gladly want you to comment on this ..in case u got any remarks about this
    Thanks a lot in advance

Man this makes sense… But how do you shift to a higher level of consciousness?

I thought this video was great. I am just struggling to allow the thoughts to be present when they can be so awful. And not “take the bait”. Any guidance?
