I was hesitant about purchasing Apple Vision Pro, initially, thinking I would wait for the second revision and a price drop to $2000. However, after watching your demo, I am seriously considering saving up for it. As someone who spends around 20 hours a week at a desk, concurrently with adding screens on my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook 16, as well as watching TV, I believe that this device could enhance all of these experiences without isolating me from people and the environment. Even if I am isolated in my office, it can make me present in my surroundings and to anyone who enters the room. When I'm at home, I like that I can be present to my iPad or TV while also being present to the people around me. However, I don't plan to isolate or distance myself from others during dinner or family time or conversations or chatting. A person who is not present to his family and allows things to take them away from family is doing that now and you don't need another device for distractions. I play piano and mix and create songs. I see it as a helpful tool for tasks that require real-time tuning, ProTools, level adjustments, sound, visuals on mixes, altering videos, and other things that often require me to run back and forth to my desk. This is a leap beyond VR that truly merges the outside world with the digital world. This technology is amazing and once the developers get their hands on it I can only imagine what this will lead to. What's next, a body suit that allows you to feel what you perceive through a device like this?
@@saquial Yep screwed up my acronyms but you have to admit it is a big technology leap from anything else. For Apple's first gen AR device it far surpasses Zuckerberg's Meta and the Google Glass stuff.
@@madmotorcyclist The Quest is mainly a VR device, its AR capabilities were basically added after its release. So comparing AR capabilities doesn't make much sense. If you plan to work on the Apple Vision Pro, yeah, it's better than the Quest 2, it has to, it costs 10 times more, it'd be a disgrace if it didn't. But the current consumer VR market is basically a gaming market, and the lack of controllers make the Apple Vision Pro worthless for that market, since most of the good VR games are played with controllers. Its OS is also made by Apple, so forget about sideloading apps and games, which is half of the reason why the standalone VR indie market exists.
With apple vision pro, movie studios can sell directly to the consumer on cinema release dates. Theatres take 50% of the box office, so the studios can sell the tickets half the price of a cinema ticket, but mostly charge 70% and it’s still cheaper than an actual ticket. With the new Face ID, only one person can watch the movie per purchase,so no sharing and no more charging absurd amount. They can also sell the surroundings for a more immersive experience. Like, if you’re watching avatar, you can add it as a surrounding. Like 99p or for films in theatre, like £2-3 With visionpro we will mostly likely see a new wave of 3d movies, and I think it came at a great time with with the release of avatar and the announced sequels. I can’t wait for the new possibilities which this can bring.
I mean they could do the optional surrounding for free as an added incentive to watch it there, but I do like you’re thinking. Definitely what was suggested from Disney.
Looking forward to the day when we have no more water and no more soil, no more vegetation, no more insects, but millions of Apple Vision Pro's laying around
Glad you’re the first person to say it wasn’t jittery. Weirdly enough no other tech UA-camrs I’ve watched have mentioned other than to just say the tracking is really good, but there’s good and there’s flawless. The promo material Apple showed makes the tracking look flawless but I expected some slight jitteriness, but apparently not. That’s the real key here to making the content feel like it’s really there. The second you see a screen wobble it kind of ruins it all I think. Can’t wait for when this is more affordable and even better in a few years time.
thank you for the review. i see the excitement coming from what features/functions Apple Vision Pro has versus the product itself. the way you talk about objects at your finger tips, the calibration at the start suggests how it can be used with all those sensors surrounding your eyes for the much hyped about apple car. Self-driving cars may become reality and 'safe' finally with sensor monitoring as demoed. You dont need the goggles to drive the car, the sensors can be built into the car frame for example. The goggles may enhance vision for the visually impaired, could be used for precision training, simulations, etc. But for everyday use, it is still far too cumbersome. it doesnt look like you can just slip the goggles on and off.
the beauty is that this device is not a accessory but a platform. you buy this thing and off you go. Can't wait to buy the fourth revision ten years from now
What else would you like to know about the Vision Pro?

First time i visited your channel. the way u explained gave me goose bumps. thanks for all the efforts. Cheers !!
Dude, I beg you to not endorse this..I beg you...people need to be warned about this...please. You influencers are in a very powerful position. You guys need to seriously think about this situation. PLease man..
Fantastic Review. Thanks.
This is a leap beyond VR that truly merges the outside world with the digital world. This technology is amazing and once the developers get their hands on it I can only imagine what this will lead to. What's next, a body suit that allows you to feel what you perceive through a device like this?
What you just described is AR, it has been around for a while now.
The most in depth review of this device I’ve seen….and I saw quite a few since the intro. Great job sir….
Apple, late to the game as always
Like 99p or for films in theatre, like £2-3
With visionpro we will mostly likely see a new wave of 3d movies, and I think it came at a great time with with the release of avatar and the announced sequels.
I can’t wait for the new possibilities which this can bring.
I mean they could do the optional surrounding for free as an added incentive to watch it there, but I do like you’re thinking. Definitely what was suggested from Disney.
Does it work with android ?
no
Well they gonna have to make one probably Samsung
Looking forward to the day when we have no more water and no more soil, no more vegetation, no more insects, but millions of Apple Vision Pro's laying around
Outstanding review. You went there to say, yes it’s worth it. Wow.
Ready player one 😌
Awesome video already order for my 🏡
What's the point when you have AR Glasses and you can wear them like regular glasses where the Vision Pro makes you look funny 😂😂
Thank you. I can hardly wait til they drop in price….
Great video thank you
since there are no cameras on the top of the unit I wonder if that will affect gaming in the future?
Glad you’re the first person to say it wasn’t jittery. Weirdly enough no other tech UA-camrs I’ve watched have mentioned other than to just say the tracking is really good, but there’s good and there’s flawless. The promo material Apple showed makes the tracking look flawless but I expected some slight jitteriness, but apparently not. That’s the real key here to making the content feel like it’s really there. The second you see a screen wobble it kind of ruins it all I think. Can’t wait for when this is more affordable and even better in a few years time.
Apparently they came up with a custom matting algorithm, and motion tracking engine. Can't wait to get my hands on it
thank you for the review. i see the excitement coming from what features/functions Apple Vision Pro has versus the product itself. the way you talk about objects at your finger tips, the calibration at the start suggests how it can be used with all those sensors surrounding your eyes for the much hyped about apple car. Self-driving cars may become reality and 'safe' finally with sensor monitoring as demoed. You dont need the goggles to drive the car, the sensors can be built into the car frame for example. The goggles may enhance vision for the visually impaired, could be used for precision training, simulations, etc. But for everyday use, it is still far too cumbersome. it doesnt look like you can just slip the goggles on and off.
can't wait to show off at my next family birthday/holiday where I can wear it amongst all my friends.
the beauty is that this device is not a accessory but a platform. you buy this thing and off you go. Can't wait to buy the fourth revision ten years from now
I like all the people running for flights in the background 🙂
looks cool. I'll be tempted to pick up although i know prices will drop and specs will improve.
