    Little tip I learned from my Persian friends, but if you use ice cubes to make your saffron water, you get a better extraction. Just two ice cubes and the threads you are going to use works well.

    good evening sir, the dish being cooked today seems to be rather complex with all the spices and layering but ohh boy does end result look awesome, great work as always
