  • Every human instinctively craves a loving family to grow up with and the security and freedom that family can bring to our hearts. If you have a loving family, don’t take it for granted because many of the people around you don’t have that. In this episode of the 10.10 Podcast, Amir Tsarfati, President and Founder of Behold Israel, talks about growing up in Israel in the group homes that make up the foster care system. You will hear that Foster Care means something quite different in Israel than America, however, there is also so much brokenness in our system here in America. I’ve followed Amir online for many years, watching the live updates from Israel and hearing his biblical perspective on the end times and prophecy, but it was a different experience to sit across the table with him and hear how God has led his life with a clear purpose of his salvation, his evangelism and the mission to stand for life. You will be inspired and amazed at God’s mercy and goodness through the story of Amir.

I feel so grateful to be a part of praying for Behold Israel each week, which allow me to know what is going of with the ministry and Amir. Please continue to pray for the three of his children who are currently serving in the IDF and for the ministry of CONNECT. Thank you, Yeshua, for calling our brother Amir.

I have heard Amir's journey to Jesus several times and every time it is still so amazing!!!! This is how God works in our lives!!! Jesus will show up in the least expected times---our desperate times--the Holy Spirit will initiate our souls to look and have our hearts yearn for a relationship with Jesus!!!! How amazing that is!!! Yes, the love of God will gently pull us to Himself!!! I am certainly thankful that Amir went to his friend's home that night!!!! Nothing happens by luck, chance or coincidence in this life---God is Sovereign!!!! God has greatly used Amir in so many ways for His Glory!!! How God prepared him for His future calling!!! Oh, I wrote this before Amir said it!!! He found favor with men and God!!!! So Amazing!!!!

Amir, I understand what you went through as a child and young boy.
I had the same life. Foster home and then my siblings and I were placed in a home for children. We were abused in so many criminal ways. I am so happy that you are happy now and your friends told you about JESUS. I got saved too and I gave my life to JESUS. I thank GOD JESUS for speaking to your heart and mine. I wish I could visit Israel and meet you but I can't. I do hope we get to meet in Heaven ❤.

I've followed Amir for some time and knew a small bit of his story but this expanded it further. He's been extremely blessed by God to share the Good News all over the world. His story made me a bit sad---at least his early years. But God...... One day I hope to meet him...Amir, that is!!

I have been following Amir for almost 2 years..
it's amazing how God uses one person's testimony to make a difference in another's life..
my own life was put to the test..
God is the God of broken people.. He restores..He can give you beauty for ashes..
I have a very soft heart and also can't stand when children and people get hurt..
We love you and thank you for all your teachings..
Amir your Testimony in Hawaii some time ago with two others changed my life..
May God bless your Ministry more and more.. Shalom.

I discovered Amir when Covid started. I quickly realized any news he had was days ahead of mainstream media. What kept me coming back was his continual pointing to Jesus; he was so encouraging in a time when the world seemed to go upside-down. Have so enjoyed his teachings, especially how he makes OT prophecy understandable to a Western mindset. Thank you for this interview! I hadn't heard his background story before. Glory to God for what He has done in and through Amir's life!

Amir is such a blessing to us, it's sobering how close we were to never having him.
I've walked through the valley of the shadow of death too, ground down to it by the lack of love and ability to bond of those who I relied on to meet basic human needs from a newborn.
My narcissist sister contributed greatly to depression too, by her cycles of emotional blackmail, etc.
The pain (bleakness) of existential loneliness is indescribable, and despair threatens to overwhelm you.
I appreciate Amir's honesty and vulnerability in sharing his life here. His words "I'm still dealing with some issues from my upbringing" (my paraphrase) resonated deeply with me.
I often think of the comforting promise that 'God Himself will wipe away every tear from their eyes', and that the Tree of Life that stands in the New Jerusalem (that comes out of heaven in Revelation) is there for the healing of the nations.
I've had the Holy Spirit remind me many times that Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted. Only He has the power and the desire to do it. He's so beautiful.
We allow the Lord to work healing, insight and wisdom in us as we walk with Him, but the process is lifelong. There's no fast tracking of the process to gain instant healing.
We go to reputable trauma therapy (finances permitting) and do everything that we can to pursue the Lord first, and allow all these other things to be added to us (Matthew 6), but the Lord is sovereign, and He controls the seasons and the tides.
He is the Aleph and the Tav, the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. He decides when the end will come, and He brings it about.
We walk in step with the precious Holy Spirit, our pace setter, and allow Him to guide us into all truth.
God bless and strengthen Amir and everyone reading this who has been brokenhearted. May He wrap His arms of love and comfort around you, and bring you through.🇦🇺

Amir, Thank you for sharing your powerful testimony. I know, every step, God had his hand upon you. BUT, when you got to the portion, whereas you asked to go to the most boring place of Jerico: and it turned out to be the new hot spot of Israel, i literally laughed out loud! God has such a sense of humor!
My 12.5 yo who has mental illness, has been suicidal, & renounced her faith in Christ on Jan 1st was sitting beside me pretending not to listen. She just recently was released from a mental hospital stay. Yes, I turned up your testimony a bit higher hoping it would reach her ears. Twice, she piped and commented (she couldn't help herself). Once was when you first described wanting to die, and the other is when you said the phrase, "hurt people hurt people." Praying the seeds of hearing your testimony brings her to the Lord. Amen!

Amir, You teach all of us to be like Jesus who took a basin with water and washed his disciples feet, this testimony is Jesus testimony; when I heard about the refrigerator and the couch being off limits for you as a foster child and not being able to sit at the regular table that hit me so hard, even our dog gets to stand in front of the fridge with the grandkids for as long as they want; May God Bless you and your Family a thousandfold.

It must be God who had a finger into bringing this interview back here on the screen ❤... I saw the video twice right after it was posted back then. Just a few days ago I was thinking about it, and wanted SO MUCH to hear it once more 🙏 of different reasons, among other to be able to tell others WHY they could and should follow Amir's platforms. I did not pray though, just wondered about who was posting it (could not remember), so I could hear the interview again.
I think this interview explains SO MUCH OF WHY God has put brother Amir into the position he has in this sad world right now. Little did he know, or we who saw the interview, that just a few months after the 7.Oct. would come along and change the world forever.
The position Amir Tsarfati has right now, as a "real deal" believer in Jeshua, a "news junk" - which he called himself (I am one myself 🙂🇧🇻), and a former high ranking military and "governor" guy, makes brother Amir nothing but a unique trustworthy and very qualified servant of God, whom we need to have around right now.
Who shall give us trusted news from Israel and Middle East during these times? The division inside Israel, which the MSM makes sure to blow up to the high heavens for the whole world, is awfully devastating for peoples mind, UNLESS you can also listen to a sober voice with Gods insight to find a right balance and truth.
The devil is a devil, and someone has to stand up against the devilish deceiving voice poisoning peoples mind, and also Christians.
I thank God and pray for Amir Tsarfati (and his family!) to keep them safe where they are. There has to be a THRUTHFUL voice into this sad chaos in the world, which by the way has to happen before the return of Jeshua (hard to admit sometimes). So, so sad to see and hear people calling themselves Christians rejecting Israel right when they need us the most!
God bless you abundantly in every ways brother Amir for standing firm, and God bless your calling within the Connect and Behold Israel.
God bless also sister Sandy who foresaw it was important for many people to hear the life story of Amir Tsarfati.
(God willing, one day I hope to interview brother Amir myself 🙏, at least to get true news from Israel conveyed to the grassroot people of my land 🙏)

Bless you Amir. The reason now you are a strong believer is because of what you experienced. Before I watched this testimony I always thought you born in an Iranian family because of your name appearance and accent 😊

I appreciate Amir, and he has visited Rochester, NY for years. But I had never heard his testimony before. Miraculous. If you are seeking, like Amir was, you can say the same prayer he wrote down. "I put on a piece of paper, God please show me who Jesus is."

Thank you Amir. This was so interesting. You know the first time I came across you on You Tube I thought you were Arab. You kept popping up and I didn't want to watch you. One day I thought, I think I had better look at this man , I got a shock, you see, I had never heard a Jewish name Amir before. Thank Yeshua, because you opened up the scriptures for me. I had been reading scripture for thirty odd years, I had so many questions, and you answered them all. Shalom and thank You Yeshua. AMEN

Are growing up or so much the same as i'm hearing you're the one in america. I really enjoyed listening to your prophecy sermons. Today's was so encouraging. To know we Can't forget what happens in our life. But with the heavenly father's help, we can do fine. Especially following jesus christ footsteps. Thank you for sharing your testimony. Discussed at the end & Concerning parenting- many of us do our very best for our kids, many do not but once kids are grown they make their own choices for accepting Christ's redemption and there will be no excuse since all have sinned- good parents, bad parents, bad health, poverty, wealth etc. None of that will matter, quit making excuses and run to Jesus! Hurry! 🙏
